  • We will work with you to integrate a team solution to your pre-employment screening process. We will personally help you decide what services are best suited for your organization. You may call our office at 1-877-235-7574 and speak with one of our courteous staff members for further assistance and support. Or, you may contact us electronically. We make ourselves available to you without having to wait on-hold or go through a phone kiosk. When you become a PSI client you get to know our staff on a first name basis.

  • No data entry required. You can fax, email, or use our online system.
  • We do not require a sign-up or monthly fee.
  • We comply with all federal and state laws.
  • For all clients... to provide more breadth in your background investigation we provide three complimentary searches, at no additional cost: National Sex Offender Search, Proprietary Records Search and OFAC (national terrorism watch list search).
  • For all healthcare clients...to provide more breadth in your background investigation we provide two searches, at no additional cost: GSA-Excluded Parties List Search, and HHS/OIG-List of Excluded Individuals/Entities Search.
  • For all law enforcement clients...to provide more breadth in your background investigation we will provide two searches, at no additional cost: Personal Declaration, and Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Search.
  • Our system is integrated with WorkDay, Inc. software. By using WorkDay’s applicant tracking and assessment system in conjunction with PSI’s pre-employment screening services, you are able to submit your background investigation requests with the click of a button. This request will include the consent form that has been completed by the applicant during the initial application process, eliminating the need to call the applicant to come by your office to fill out a consent form. This also eliminates the need for you to e-mail or fax your request, unless you prefer to do so.
  • We have an established and secure gateway for system to system integration. We can connect your online applicant tracking system with our system for simplicity and time management.
  • If additional information is needed from an applicant we will contact them on your behalf to obtain any needed information to complete the pre-employment screening process. Thus, allowing you to be more efficient with your time.
  • Upon receipt of your background investigation requests(s) we will send you an email with the applicant's name in the subject line, indicating our receipt of your request. Once your background investigation is complete, we will send you an email with the applicant's name in the subject line indicating completion along with your background investigation attached in an encrypted Adobe PDF document for immediate viewing. Therefore, eliminating any need to login to our secured website, unless you prefer.
  • We send personalized updates to you if for some reason your background investigation is not complete in three business days and every day thereafter until it is complete. This allows you to perform your job more efficiently by focusing on the task at hand and letting us take care of your background investigations.
  • We only charge for the services we perform, which may vary by applicant.
  • We are a licensed, insured and bonded company located in Rome, Georgia that exclusively conducts pre-employment screening both nationally and internationally.
  • We provide a Summary of Your Rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in every background investigation report.
  • We provide itemized invoicing for simplicity.
  • We provide account statistics for every client. We will send you an executive summary report on a monthly basis as a value added service. In addition you can login to your account at any time to see the status of a background in progress, or check current or past invoices or statistical reports.
  • We will work with you, at no cost, during the pre-adverse action process.
