New CFO at PSI

Recently, Patrick M. Terry, CPA has joined PSI to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining PSI in 2007, Patrick accumulated over seventeen years of experience in public accounting with local and international firms. Throughout his career, Patrick has focused on serving closely held, entrepreneurial companies as well as public concerns and venture backed entities in a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing and distribution, and service. These relationships typically included traditional audits, and consulting assignments relating to mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, compensation and benefits, and due diligence. During his tenure at these firms, Patrick served as the leader of the assurance department and the technology practice initiative.
Patrick graduated from Kennesaw State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance, where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi Business Fraternity and a founding member of the Finance Club. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and business organizations including Technology Association of Georgia, MIT Technology Forum, National Association of Professional Background Screeners, and the Georgia Biomedical Partnership, among others.
As Chief Financial Officer of PSI, Patrick is responsible for finance and operations as well as management of the company.
Patrick and his family reside in Cartersville, Georgia, where they are active in their church and Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts of America.
