Our system is integrated with WorkDay, Inc. software. By using WorkDay's applicant tracking and assessment system you can click a button to send us the background investigation consent form, which has already been completed by the applicant during the initial application process. This eliminates the need to call the applicant to come by your office to fill out a consent form and you having to fax it to us to initiate the background investigation process, unless you prefer. |

If additional information is needed from an applicant we will contact them on your behalf to obtain any needed information to complete the pre-employment screening process. Thus, allowing you to be more efficient with your time. |

Upon receipt of your background investigation requests(s) we will send you an email with the applicant's name in the subject line, indicating our receipt of your request. Once your background investigation is complete, we will send you an email with the applicant's name in the subject line indicating completion along with your background investigation attached in an encrypted Adobe PDF document for immediate viewing. Therefore, eliminating any need to log-in to our secured website, unless you prefer. |

We send personalized updates to you if for some reason your background investigation is not complete in three business days and every day thereafter until it is complete. This allows you to perform your job more efficiently by focusing on the task at hand and letting us take care of your background investigations. |
