The United States General Services Administration
(GSA) oversees contracts with the Federal government.
The GSA maintains a list of parties excluded
from doing business with the Federal government,
including healthcare programs receiving Federal
funding or reimbursement. Most GSA excluded
parties are vendors or corporations, but some
may be individuals with their own businesses.
While this list is included in FACIS, it can
also be searched independently.
This search is included at no cost as a value
added service for every client who requests
this service.
