At PSI we work with our clients in every way to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting. While we will not provide you with a rating system, we will integrate your system and provide your rating on every completed background investigation report. The reason we do not provide a reporting system is obviously for legal reasons. As a professional background investigation company we maintain a non-biased position on every background investigation we perform, thus removing us from the hiring decision making process.
By using a rating system it provides you with a consistent method of screening applicants, based on your own hiring criteria. Before implementing a rating system we recommend discussing this issue with an attorney who specializes in employment law.
