Our quality process starts with the receipt of a consent form and any other relevant documents. Our background investigators will evaluate all documents received for accuracy and any errors or omissions. If a problem is identified we will contact the client to determine the most appropriate course of action to resolve the problem.

Once the background investigation process begins, we will constantly evaluate the data provided by the applicant against the data that is found. Background investigation reports are only submitted to our clients once they have been through our quality control process to ensure accuracy and completeness.

At PSI we take the background investigative process very seriously. We realize the sensitivity of the data we are analyzing and housing. When we conduct a background investigation, it is methodically investigated and documented. We prepare our background investigations with the consideration that one day legal action could be taken against you. In preparation for this realistic part of employment, we ensure that we go beyond the call of "due diligence".
