Upon receipt of your consent form we will send you an email with the applicant’s name in the subject line, indicating our receipt of your request to conduct a background investigation. Once your background investigation is complete, we will send you an email with the applicant’s name in the subject line indicating completion along with your background investigation attached in an encrypted, password protected Adobe PDF document for immediate viewing. Therefore, eliminating any need to log-in to our secured web site, unless you prefer.

We personally send updates to you if for some reason your background investigation is not complete in three business days and every day thereafter until it is complete. This allows you to perform your job more efficiently by focusing on the task at hand and letting us take care of your background investigation(s).
