Our staff meticulously reviews every background investigation report before it is marked “completed” and sent back to our clients. Each report goes through a two party review and an on-going audit process conducted under the auspices of the Background Investigator Team Supervisor. This is all part of our quality control process to ensure our reports are complete and accurate.

To assist our clients in the adverse hire process we provide a Summary of Your Rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in every background investigation report. In the event the information provided in our report was used adversely against an individual we work with our clients, at no additional charge, to ensure they are in compliance.

In addition, we provide Form I-9 and/or Employment Eligibility Verification (E-verify) as a post hire search. By allowing us to perform your I-9 and/or E-verify search you will:
