| At PSI we work with our clients to facilitate effective communication and follow-up directly with applicants. When necessary, we will initiate direct contact with the applicant at key points in the background investigation process, so that you don't have to.
Our courteous background investigators will expedite the research process by proactively resolving research issues and improving the accuracy and completeness of our reports, and ultimately reduce the total time it takes to hire an applicant.
We will perform the following applicant services on your behalf: |

Contact the applicant on your behalf to collect any missing applicant data that may delay the investigative process. |

Contact the applicant on your behalf during the investigative process to expedite any delayed services, such as unresponsive references, employers, or educational institutions. |

In the event an adverse hire decision is made, we will talk with the applicant on your behalf to resolve any information the applicant states as being reported as incorrect. We will keep the client abreast of any communication with the applicant and any changes that may be made to the applicant's background investigation. In addition, we will send the applicant a certified copy of his/her background investigation via the United State Postal Service. This way we have a method of tracking the background investigation in question and determining that the applicant has received a free copy of their background investigation and a Summary of their Rights under the FCRA. |
