PSI and Tracker Corp offer proprietary software which facilitates a connection to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) E-Verify system allowing employers to quickly and accurately verify new employees’ legal right to work instantly after completing the Electronic Form I-9.
Our secure and accurate Electronic Form I-9/E-Verify services will:
- Help you ensure that your workforce is legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Simplify and improve the efficiency of your Form I-9 employment verification process.
- Substantially decrease human errors in completing Form I-9s.
- Cost-effectively reduce your exposure to government audits, financial penalties and negative publicity resulting from non-compliance.
The Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) mandates that U.S. employers verify the employment eligibility status of newly hired employees and makes it unlawful for employers to knowingly hire or continue to employ unauthorized workers. Employers who fail to fully comply with IRCA face significant legal, financial and public relations risks. Non-compliance, whether intentional or simply caused by oversight, has severe consequences imposed by the DHS and ICE, as well as the potential of a corporate image tarnished by negative publicity. Unfortunately, most employers are unaware that they have a problem with Form I-9 employment verification requirements until they are audited by governmental authorities. By that time, it is generally too late to undo the damage.
As an E-Verify Employer Agent, PSI offers the expertise to help facilitate your employment eligibility program. The system provided by PSI and Tracker Corp offers cost-effective and time saving solutions to help you maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Information on recent ICE Audits/Fines:

E-Verify
Employment Eligibility Verification (E-Verify) provides information regarding work authorization of newly hired employees. This is administered through the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements Program (SAVE) which enables employers to obtain immigration status information they need in order to determine applicants' eligibility for employment.
This search is performed after the completion of the Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) and it provides separate verification checks of databases maintained by the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security. The program requires that the search be done within three business days of hiring an applicant. This is a post hire search. It cannot be used for pre-employment purposes.
