We generally have results from PSI waiting in our inbox before we think to check for them. At the William S. Davies Homeless Shelter (a night shelter providing a safe haven for men and women), safety is priority number one for our guests and ourselves; PSI has single handedly been responsible for helping us to ensure we’re able to identify those clients who may be a threat to our staff or to other clients. We have been able to assist law enforcement officials on many occasions and reunite families who were otherwise lost to each other because of thorough and timely background investigation reports from PSI. PSI provides an invaluable resource to our facility. They help us serve our community in both a humanistic and secure way.
