We have been with PSI Background Checks for less than a year, but probably have had more requests than would be normal for most businesses due to the number of adjunct teachers we use on our four campuses and the rate of turnover in our part-time employees with campus safety. So, I think that qualifies me to evaluate their services. That is one area that I do not have to worry about, because of the professionalism, the dedication to getting the job done, and the ability to get the information we need in order to make educated decisions in hiring. PSI employees are very efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Most of our communication is by e-mail.

They respond when we send the paperwork on a person to them, they give an update if they are having trouble getting any information, and then they e-mail the report. The turnaround time, averaging two days, is very satisfactory, and the billing comes by e-mail and is clear and concise. And finally, Greg Sumner, who met with us, was professional and truthful in the information he presented, with no attempt to pressure or persuade but to give us what we required so we could make a decision based on our needs. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate them a 5.
