Applicant Tracking Service

As a result of many years in the background industry we determined there was a need for our clients (small, medium or large) to have the ability to use an online applicant tracking system, which we call PSI’s Employment Selection Service (ESS). Our ESS is web based and designed in a way that we can offer you cost effective options, based on your needs. Below we have designed a table that provides descriptions for each of the levels (basic, intermediate, advanced and premium).

In addition, our ESS is connected to our background check system. The ESS initially captures any sensitive data on a potential applicant, such as race, age and sex. However, this information is masked until you decide to hire this person. Once a decision has been made to offer this person conditional employment, you simply click a button to obtain the background check from PSI. It will then not only send all the information we need directly into our background check system, it will also create and send us an electronic consent form, which is necessary to obtain information for many parts of the background check. The ESS system will transform your processing of applications into a completely paperless process, saving you valuable time and money.
